COMMISSION SCHEDULES

Increased Max Broker Commissions: CMS has increased the maximum broker commissions for both Medicare Advantage and Part D initial enrollments and continued the growth of maximum Medicare broker commissions for 2026 renewals.

2026 Medicare Part D Maximum Commissions

Initial commissions - $114 member / annually Renewal commissions - $57 member / annually

Medicare Advantage Maximum Broker Commissions

For CA and NJ: Initial commissions increased to $864 per member annually, and renewal commissions increased to $432 per member annually.
For CT, PA, and DC: Initial commissions increased to $781 per member annually, and renewal commissions increased to $391 per member annually.
For Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands: Initial commissions increased to $474 per member annually, and renewal commissions increased to $237 per member annually.
All other states: Initial commissions increased to $694 per member annually, and renewal commissions increased to $347 per member annually.
